When proofreading, I look for the small details that others might miss – spelling errors, grammar slips, awkward punctuation, and inconsistencies – all the things that will affect your credibility, and the reader's experience.

I trained with the Publishing Training Centre and am an active member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP), the professional body dedicated to upholding high editorial standards.

When I'm not proofreading, you'll find me buried in yarn and crocheting, reading (of course), gardening (though I'm not fond of the bugs), or relaxing with a double choc mocha.
