I used Kelly’s services for formatting my first book. Being a complete novice, she guided me through the process, presenting me with options and best practice advice. Her formatting knowledge was amazing, along with her understanding of the platforms and requirements upon which they were to be hosted.
The outcome was a very professionally formatted manuscript which I was able to use with no issues. She even went above and beyond to resolve what we thought was an issue with the hyperlinking but turned out to be a misunderstanding on my part.
